Dataset containing the public rights of way of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole
JK emailed me to say the data for Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole is available from an WFSServer provided by Dorset County Council. The capabilities file for the WFSServer is available using this URL. That file indicates that a zip file having an ESRI shape file (that has data for the public rights of way of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole) can be obtained using this URL. I last obtained data on 29th March 2024. The council of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole also provides information about public rights of way on its online map. It may be that their map uses more up-to-date information.

Dorset County Council have informed me that the council of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole make their data available under the Open Government Licence. So it's possible for you to use this data provided you give the attribution that the data has been provided by the council of Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole.
